We were pleasantly surprised by this luxurious hotel. The location in the centre of town was ideal, making it easy for us to explore and find other attractions nearby. The staff at this venue were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, giving us the perfect place to relax after a long day. We were also impressed by the various amenities provided, such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping.

We loved the hotel's location next to the mall, making it easy for us to shop and explore the local area. The breakfast offered a good variety of foods and drinks. The view from the room was enjoyable, allowing us to appreciate the surroundings. the location of the hotel was very convenient for our trip.
The bathroom facilities were quite outdated and in need of renovation. There were some cleanliness issues, such as dusty areas that triggered allergies.

This hotel is located in a convenient area, near a shopping mall and other main shops. the gym is well-equipped, and the room staff is friendly. Rooms are clean, with good size and TV. Breakfast is fine and a good value for the money.
The staff needs more training on food intolerance and allergies. One guest was suggested gluten-free food that was not actually free of gluten, which was dangerous.

It was right in the middle of the main attractions and had a great view of the city. the breakfast buffet was superb, offering an extensive assortment of fresh fruits and delicious pastries. the staff was friendly and accommodating as well.
The noise level was disappointing. Even though the hotel provided earplugs, it was still difficult to sleep due to the loud music coming from a nearby pub.
